Giải chạy “Ánh dương soi chiếu Half Marathon 2020” là sự kiện thể thao – gây quỹ lần đầu tiên được tổ chức nhằm đẩy mạnh phong trào “Thân khoẻ, Tâm an – Phụng sự đạo pháp và dân tộc” nhân kỷ niệm ngày thành lập Giáo hội Phật giáo Việt Nam (7/11/1981- 7/11/2020). Bên cạnh đó là chuỗi các hoạt động gây quỹ từ thiện khám, chữa bệnh về mắt cho các trẻ em có hoàn cảnh khó khăn; Chương trình chăm sóc mắt học đường (2020-2030)…

Đây là giải chạy hết sức ý nghĩa, có giá trị nhân văn do Giáo hội Phật giáo Việt Nam khởi xướng và điều hành, nhằm gây quỹ khám và chữa trị bệnh về mắt cho trẻ em có hoàn cảnh khó khăn. Hoạt động gây quỹ lần này mang thông điệp xã hội sâu sắc, phản ánh rõ nét tinh thần từ bi nhập thế của Phật giáo, góp phần mang lại đôi mắt sáng cho những trẻ em nghèo, giúp các em có cơ hội phục hồi thị lực, tìm lại sự tự tin, niềm vui và động lực vươn lên trong cuộc sống.

Có thể nói, đây là một hoạt động vừa có tầm cỡ vừa có chiều sâu. Điểm hội tụ hoàn hảo của sự kiện nằm ở chỗ chan hòa được yếu tố văn hóa – xã hội và nét đặc sắc của Phật giáo, tái khẳng định và làm sáng tỏ hơn chân lý Phật đà, giúp cho đại chúng nâng cao ý thức rèn luyện thể chất, đem lợi lạc và an vui đến đúng đối tượng, đồng thời quảng bá hình ảnh của Phật giáo nói chung và chùa Tam Chúc nói riêng.

Cung đường giải chạy “Ánh dương soi chiếu Half Marathon 2020” được chia làm ba chặng với các cự ly 5km, 11,5km và 23km, giúp cho các vận động viên, chư Tăng Ni, Phật tử trải nghiệm tuyệt vời về thiên nhiên hùng vĩ của tỉnh Hà Nam.

Giải còn có sự góp mặt của nhiều gương mặt thể thao nổi bật như hai cô gái vàng của đội tuyển điền kinh Việt Nam Nguyễn Thị Oanh và Phạm Thị Hồng Lệ, trung vệ đội tuyển bóng đá quốc gia Trần Đình Trọng, Đỗ Duy Mạnh…

Các vận động viên tham gia giải chạy đã có cơ hội trải nghiệm cung đường tuyệt đẹp, xung quanh Tam Chúc – nơi được mệnh danh là “Vịnh Hạ Long trên cạn”,  có vẻ ngút ngàn và linh diệu như cõi mộng. Đây là một đỉnh trong “tam giác vàng” du lịch tâm linh gồm: Chùa Tam Chúc (Hà Nam), chùa Bái Đính (Ninh Bình) và chùa Hương (Hà Nội).

Nói về sự kiện, Thượng tọa Thích Minh Quang (Phó trụ trì chùa Tam Chúc) cho biết đây không chỉ là một hoạt động ý nghĩa nhằm dành tặng, chia sẻ tới những người còn khó khăn trong cuộc sống để có thêm những niềm vui ấm lòng ngày Tết, mà còn là hoạt động mang tính gắn kết các Phật tử nhiều độ tuổi, đến từ nhiều tỉnh thành lại với nhau dưới mái nhà chung của Đấng Từ phụ Như Lai.

ĐIỂM NHẤN ĐẶC SẮC VÀ NHỮNG HOẠT ĐỘNG Ý NGHĨA CỦA CHÙA TAM CHÚC

Sau sự kiện Giải chạy “Ánh dương soi chiếu Half Marathon 2020”, vị thế của chùa Tam Chúc được nâng cao. Nếu nhìn lại tổng thể các hoạt động, chúng ta thấy rằng đây không chỉ là địa điểm tôn giáo uy nghiêm mà còn là nơi khiến Phật tử cả nước nhớ đến với những hoạt động thiện nguyện thấm đượm tinh thần nhân văn, lan tỏa ánh sáng Phật pháp.

Tháng 1/2020, hàng nghìn  Phật tử từ khắp mọi miền đã cùng tụ họp tại đây để cùng nhau tham gia chương trình “Vạn bánh chưng yêu thương”, gói 10.000 bánh chưng gửi tặng những hộ nghèo, người khuyết tật, trẻ mồ môi và trại phong ở nhiều tỉnh/thành trong cả nước.

Trung tâm văn hóa Phật giáo chùa Tam Chúc có một khuôn viên rộng lớn, cảnh quan rất đẹp. Với cảnh quan thiên nhiên hùng vĩ, được bao bọc bởi đồi núi trập trùng và hồ nước mênh mông, nơi đây đã vinh dự được Giáo hội Phật giáo Việt Nam chọn làm nơi tổ chức nhiều sự kiện quan trọng, như: Hội nghị Tăng sự toàn quốc và đặc biệt là Đại lễ Vesak Liên Hợp quốc. Sự kiện này đã đánh dấu Tam Chúc trên bản đồ Phật giáo quốc tế, quảng bá, giới thiệu với bạn bè năm châu về Phật giáo Việt Nam, về phong cảnh đất nước, con người và du lịch của Việt Nam cũng như của tỉnh Hà Nam.

Dịp Trung thu vừa qua, chùa Tam Chúc cũng để lại hình ảnh đẹp đẽ trong lòng Phật tử muôn nơi, khi tổ chức chương trình “Trung thu cho em” cho gần 2.000 em thiếu niên, nhi đồng ở thị trấn Ba Sao và xã Khả Phong. Chương trình không chỉ mong muốn mang tới cho các em thiếu nhi một mùa Trung thu ý nghĩa, với những hoạt động bổ ích lý thú, mà còn kỳ vọng tất cả mọi người đều có thể có những trải nghiệm, hồi ức về những mùa trung thu đã qua của riêng mình.

Tối 24/7, tại chùa Tam Chúc, Hội đồng trị sự Giáo hội Phật giáo Việt Nam cũng đã tổ chức Lễ cầu nguyện quốc thái dân an, cầu siêu và thắp nến tri ân các anh hùng liệt sĩ nhân dịp kỷ niệm 73 năm ngày Thương binh liệt sĩ Việt Nam 27/7. Hàng nghìn Phật tử đã cùng nhau thắp nến và hoa đăng xếp hình bản đồ Việt Nam cùng với dòng chữ “Quốc thái, dân an, tri ân tưởng niệm” tỏ lòng thành kính với những những anh hùng đã hy sinh thân thể, hy sinh phần xương máu của mình để bảo về tổ quốc, bảo vệ hòa bình cho dân tộc, thể hiện đạo lý “Uống nước nhớ nguồn”.

Đây cũng là dịp để thế hệ hôm nay ôn lại những trang sử hào hùng của cha ông trong cuộc đấu tranh trường kỳ chống giặc ngoại xâm, tôn vinh những tấm gương anh hùng bất khuất của lớp lớp thế hệ đi trước và giáo dục truyền thống yêu nước của dân tộc Việt Nam.

Trong thời điểm đại dịch Covid-19 bùng phát ở nước ta vừa qua, chùa Tam Chúc cũng đã liên tục phát khẩu trang cho bà con Phật tử và du khách đến thăm. Chùa thường xuyên vận động bà con giữ gìn vệ sinh cá nhân nơi công cộng và làm theo hướng dẫn chỉ đạo của các cơ quan y tế.

Thượng tọa Thích Minh Quang cũng đã khẳng định rằng nếu các cơ quan chính quyền có ý kiến muốn sử dụng cơ sở của chùa Tam Chúc để đón những  người  con xa xứ, những du khách, quý Phật tử hay người dân trong nước cần phải cách li vì nghi ngờ lây nhiễm Covid – 19 thì nhà chùa sẵn sàng đón nhận, vì lợi ích của quốc gia, của dân tộc, vì sự nghiệp phụng sự của đạo pháp. Đó là nghĩa cử cao đẹp và đáng được trân trọng của người con Phật.

Nối tiếp các hoạt động có ý nghĩa xã hội sâu sắc, giải chạy “Ánh dương soi chiếu Half Marathon 2020” chính là một trong những sự kiện thể hiện được tinh thần từ bi hỷ xả, phụng sự chúng sinh của chùa Tam Chúc. Không chỉ tự hào với những đóng góp thời gian qua, trong tương lai, chùa Tam Chúc sẽ tiếp tục có thêm nhiều hoạt động hoằng dương chánh pháp, phát huy tinh thần từ bi, phụng sự Phật pháp và cộng đồng để tinh thần nhập thế và lý tưởng tốt đời đẹp đạo mãi sáng đẹp.
